TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
I understand that Reiki and Spiritual Healing does not take the place of medical care. My Reiki Master and Spiritual Healing Practitioner, Miriam Brocas, is not a licensed physician. I understand that Reiki Master and Spiritual Healing Practitioners do not diagnose conditions nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional.
It is recommended that I see a licensed physician or licensed healthcare professional for any physical or psychological ailments I may have. I understand that Reiki and Spiritual Healing can complement any medical or psychological care I may be receiving. I understand that Reiki and Spiritual Healing is a simple, gentle, hands-on or hands-off energy technique that is used for stress reduction and relaxation.
The theory of treatment upon which the services are based is that some physical pain can be emotional or energetic in nature. She will work to find the root cause of what is bothering me and use intuition, divine guidance, and/or energy work to help heal the disconnect to assist me back to peace and health. I understand that the body has the ability to heal itself and to do so, complete relaxation is often beneficial. I acknowledge that long term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself.
I understand that some bodily functions may temporarily be affected as a result of shifting energy within my body and I agree that this is a natural occurrence. I assume sole responsibility for my own health and for the results of any sessions provided by my Reiki Master and Spiritual Healing Practitioner that may affect my health in any way.
Treatments will not replace conventional medical diagnosis or treatment. I will continue taking medication prescribed by a licensed medical physician and will continue to follow his/her/their instructions. I release my Reiki Master and Spiritual Healing Practitioner from all legal liability during my participation in her treatment/s.
